The Ashlar Estates provide spacious single-story living complete with a one car attached garage and a private patio area. There are two private units joined in each plan. The wall and floor coverings provided within these units are compatible with any decor, while the exterior is complimented by either brick or vinyl siding and plenty of windows. As with all duplex living at Ashlar Estates, professional grounds keeping, snow removal during the winter months and required structural maintenance and home repair is included for each residence.
