"Active Adult" Duplex Living

     Located in a community –like setting directly north of the main complex is Ashlar Estates, retirement living for active adults. We have thirteen duplex units containing 26 individual living units located within walking distance of the main complex.

     Residents residing in Ashlar Estates pay an initial Life Right Fee for the use of the residence or can pay a monthly Rental Fee. Upon vacating, for whatever the reason may be, the resident(s) are guaranteed a percentage of return on the initial Life Right Fee.

     Each duplex unit  is equipped with a twenty-four hour emergency response system for medically related emergencies.     

     Whether  you are an active single adult , age 55 or older, or an active senior  couple Ashlar Estates can provide you with a “maintenance free”  lifestyle that allows you to enjoy your retirement.
