"Active Adult" Apartment Living        

     Active Adult Apartment Living at Mason Point was designed with comfort, privacy and security in mind. Residents of the James E. Hart and Robert A. Miller Apartments pay an initial Life Right Fee for the use of the apartment. When they vacate the unit, for whatever the reason may be, they are guaranteed a percentage of return on their initial fee. The percentage of return is based upon the number of years of occupancy.

     There are a variety of floor plans for prospective residents to choose from.

     For added security , a twenty-four hour emergency response system is located in each apartment.

     Mason Point is committed to providing a continuum of care that allows those residents living within the residential apartments priority admission into sheltered/catered or skilled healthcare programs if the need arises.
