Mason Point Benefits Eligibility At Mason Point, full-time employees, as well their spouses and other qualified dependents, are eligible to participate in and benefit from our flexible benefit plan.
Health Care Reimbursement Accounts Comprehensive health/vision and dental plans are the choices our flexible benefit plan offers you to participate in. The HCRA is designed to let you take advantage of current tax laws and pay with pre-tax dollars for some items that are not covered or are only partially covered.
Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts The flexible benefit plan also offers you the opportunity to pay for dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis.
Dental Benefits The dental plan made available by Mason Point offers coverage to aid in your dental health. Your dental health is important to your overall well being.

Vision Benefits As an employee and their dependents who elect medical insurance from our designated provider, you may receive the following vision benefits: · 20% discount off the cost of eye exams · 20% discount off the cost of complete pairs of prescription glasses · 20% discount off the cost of lens options · 15% discount off the cost of contact lens exam
Employee Life Insurance Full-time employees are provided life insurance coverage. You will receive a standard life insurance benefit that is provided at no cost to you and will be paid to your designated beneficiary in the event of your death.
Voluntary Term Life Insurance You may choose up to $100,000 guaranteed issue of Voluntary Term Life Insurance. The rates for this insurance are based upon your age. The additional life insurance you purchase through the Plan is portable which means that even after your employment with Mason Point, you may continue participation by paying your premiums directly to the insurance company.
Additional Insurance Options The following additional insurance options exist if you choose to purchase them: · Spouse Life Insurance · Child(ren) Life Insurance
Short Term/Long Term Disability As a full-time employee, you have the opportunity to purchase short term and/or long term disability coverage under group rates to protect your income after you exhaust your PTO/EIB benefit hours available. Coverage begins after 30 days of disability for the short term plan and 6 months for the long term plan.
